where we began
In 1993, the Amedoski family immigrated to the United States from Macedonia to pursue the American dream. After settling down in the Chicagoland area, they noticed an opportunity in the transportation industry.
In 1998 the Amedoski brothers began taking freight across the United States, working with companies like Watkins, Town Air Freight, Kitty Hawk, and Foreward Air. After 18 years of dedication, the Amedoski brothers parted ways from driving and started a fleet repair service in 2016. The Amedoski ambition did not stop there. In that same year, Contract Carriers INC was founded.
our ongoing expansion
Starting with only 4 tractors and 8 trailers in 2018, the fleet quickly multiplied to 6 tractors and 20 trailers that next year. By the end of 2020, Contract carriers INC had amassed a total of 14 tractors, 3-yard spotters, 3 straight trucks, and 50 trailers. After 5 years of providing high-value services at competitive rates, Contract Carriers INC’s fleet continues to grow and shows no signs of slowing down.
